CARE INSTRUCTIONS

While polymer clay is pliable it is also heat sensitive and when exposed to excess heat it becomes more pliable. Please make sure that you take care of the clay so that you can get the most wear our of them.

Basic instructions:
-Do not shower, swim or sleep with earrings on.
-Do not leave in the sun

-The posts and findings used in the earrings are not sterling silver. If you would like us to customise your earrings with sterling silver or gold – please get in touch with us directly.

DELIVERY

Free shipping within South Africa for orders over R600.

Shipping is possible via the following:
Paxi – Please select this service if it suits you to collect directly from a Pep store or if you are situated in outlying areas. The cost of this service is R60 – (7-9 days deliveries) or R100 for (3-5 day deliveries)
Postnet to postnet – Please select this service if it suits you to collect directly from Postnet or if you are situated in outlying areas. The cost of this service is R99. Please indicate in the notes section which postnet we should deliver to or email me directly on: info@marblecake.co.za
Door to door courier – This option is only available for orders over R500. If you do choose this option a delivery service charge will be added to your cart upon checkout.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit and do not accept returns on international orders.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay securely via Payfast. If you do not wish to use this payment option you can order directly via info@marblecake.co.za and pay via EFT. Your order will be shipped once the funds have cleared.

Payfast is a reputable payment gateway which processes various payments using 3D secure technology to ensure that your details are kept safe. Once you have selected the credit card option on the site, you will be redirected to Payfast.co.za to enter the required details there to complete your purchase,

RETURNS POLICY

Our products are hand made – and are not mass produced by machines. Please keep in mind that this means your piece may have slight imperfections. We can never guarantee that the product will be 100% perfect when following a hand made process.
